DLO has announced its TransDock car system, which broadcasts iPod music through a car's existing FM stereo - including mobile video capabilities.
Users can now enjoy their iPod movies on their car's video screen, while the soundtrack is played through the vehicle's stereo system.
TransDock securely cradles and charges the iPod, while giving users full control of bass, treble and volume settings directly from the car's console. It holds up to four programmable presets to help users jump to commonly used frequencies.

Digital Lifestyle Outfitters (DLO) announced yesterday the availability of its Volvo FM Transmitter.
Developed in partnership with ProClip USA, the Volvo FM Transmitter will be available through Volvo dealerships for S40, V50 and XC90 models. It enables iPod users to transmit their iPod’s audio through their Volvo’s FM radio.
The device is mounted on the dashboard and is hard-wired to the Volvo’s power system with fuse protection. The Volvo FM Transmitter features a dock connector, and an auxiliary input (which can be used to let other audio devices like game systems or portable DVD systems to play their audio through the FM radio).
The kit, which is available now through Volvo dealerships for $139 (plus installation), is compatible with all dock-connected iPods including the iPod nano.
