If the foot traffic through the Macworld Auto Show were any indicator, I would have to say that iPod car integration is on many iPod owners' minds.
The Auto Show featured six cars decked out with various levels iPod integration solutions, from simple FM transmitters to complete custom installs. There was a steady flow of people checking out all of the solutions.
Products and cars featured at the Auto Show included...
A Dodge Magnum and VW GTI sporting the spec.dock from 2point5. (The VW GTI also had a amazing Mac mini installed)

A Nissan Frontier loaded with the new Scosche BlueLife System and a killer sound system.

A Lexus SC with the XtremeMac MicroFlex Car for the iPod nano and the HomeShow Audio/Video Connection Kit for the video iPod feeding a seat-back monitor.

A Mercedes SL 500 with the Dice Electronic MOST fiber optic iPod kit driving the cars factory display.

A customized Honda Element tricked out with the Alpine IVA-D310 head unit and KCA-420i Interface Adapter for iPod feeding video to the dual monitors in the back.

We liked that Auto Show had a good range of products and made it easy for visitors to see how simply they could iPod their rides and also how crazy one could go.
